At LoanFlow24 (accessible at https://loanflow24.com/), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information that is collected and recorded by LoanFlow24 and how we use it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the GDPR, the CCPA and Google’s publisher policies.

1. Client-Side Financial Calculations & Zero Data Storage

All calculations performed on LoanFlow24—including Home Loan EMI, Personal Loan calculations, SIP projections, Income Tax computations, and Retirement forecasts—are executed entirely client-side within your web browser using JavaScript. We do not store, record, transmit, or share any numbers, financial inputs, salary details, loan amounts, or personal financial profiles that you type into our calculators.

2. Google AdSense & DoubleClick DART Cookies

Google is one of a third-party vendor on our site. It also uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to loanflow24.com and other sites on the internet.

  • Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

3. Log Files

LoanFlow24 follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

4. Cookies and Web Beacons

LoanFlow24 itself sets no cookies. Your theme, currency and privacy choices are kept in your browser’s local storage and are never sent to us. The cookies you may see on this site are set by Google Analytics (such as _ga) and Google AdSense, and only as described in section 9.

5. Third-Party Privacy Policies

LoanFlow24's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. To know more detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers, it can be found at the browsers' respective websites.

6. CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

  • Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
  • Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
  • Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data (LoanFlow24 does NOT sell any user data).

7. GDPR Data Protection Rights

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
  • The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
  • The right to erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

8. Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. LoanFlow24 is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from children: anyone under 18 in India, or under 13 under the US COPPA rules. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

9. Google Analytics, Advertising & Your Consent

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to see which calculators and guides are used, and Google AdSense to show the ads that fund this site. When they run, Google receives your IP address, device and browser type, a cookie identifier and the pages you view, and AdSense may use cookies and your browsing activity to personalise ads.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (which we recognise from your device’s time zone) none of these load until you agree. A banner asks first, and you can accept everything, reject everything, or allow analytics and personalised advertising separately.

Everywhere else, including India, analytics and personalised advertising are on by default, and you can switch either off at any time.

Your choice is stored only in your browser. Changing it is as easy as making it: open “Privacy choices” at the bottom of any page, or use the button below. When you switch a purpose off, we delete the Google cookies set on this site for it and stop loading that tag. With advertising switched off, no AdSense ads load.

10. Your Rights Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

For visitors in India, LoanFlow24 is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy: analytics and advertising data (only as set out in section 9), the name, email address and message you send through our contact form (used only to reply to you, and delivered to us by Web3Forms), and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider. Google and Web3Forms may process this data on servers outside India.

As a Data Principal you have the right to:

  • Access: ask for a summary of the personal data we process about you and who it has been shared with.
  • Correction and erasure: ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent or opt out: switch off analytics and personalised advertising at any time through “Privacy choices”. This does not affect processing done before then.
  • Grievance redressal: raise a complaint with us about how your data is handled.
  • Nominate: name another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.

To use any of these rights, or to raise a grievance, write to support@loanflow24.com. We will resolve it within 90 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may then complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Under this Act a child is anyone under 18. LoanFlow24 is meant for adults; we do not knowingly process children’s personal data or direct advertising at them.
